Following receipt of your device and confirmation of the value of your device by us, provided the returned device matches the description and is submitted to us in accordance with these terms, your Device Plan will be credited and your monthly payments will be adjusted. You will receive a confirmation from us which confirms your new ongoing Device Plan monthly payments. The duration of your Device Plan will not change. If you receive a reduction we will give you 48 hours to arrange to have this returned for free.

For iPhone 6s orders placed via O2. Unless we tell you otherwise, when your order has been placed, the prices quoted are guaranteed for 14 days. If your phones are received after 14 days from the order placed date the updated, current prices will apply.
